Structured Hosting has been delivering tailored hosting services since 2003. The company was founded and is owned by Michael Cullina. Michael Cullina has had a distinguished career in the technology industry in the Philadelphia region, since the start of the Internet era. In 1995 he co-founded Netreach, one of the first ISPs in the Philadelphia region. NetReach was sold to FastNet of Bethlehem, PA in 2001.

Michael Cullina continues to work in the Internet space, focusing on the Microsoft technology stack as it applies to the Internet. He delivers programming and web application solutions through his consulting company, Cullina and Company, and he is about to launch a third company, focusing on Microsoft's exciting new PowerPivot product.
